What's the logic is used to write C language programs on turbo C3.ie., how to write program?

i know everything about c language i.e., i read everything like identifiers,data types, etc.but don't know logic used to write program. i.e., how and where logic used, where declaration, where used braces, where to printf etc(i.e., don't know algorithm)
