What was the game that came out with windows 95 where you had to beat levels using objects like fans, rope,etc

It was kid's game and you could also play free mode in which you had a bunch of things to work with such as turning off the gravity so everything flew upwards...some things you used were a kid, alligator, fans, rope, light switches, , trampolines, scissors...if you played the levels you had to use the objects they gave you to p. The first level was you had to get the in the hole and I think they slid on a ramp...need help..this is bothering me not knowing the title
