What is fair for tipping movers/packers for 2 days?

Without doing any research, uming they move and pack to your satisfaction, I'd say 10%. I would also tip on the last day, at the completion of the job. If you'd like to be generous then you may want to tip up to 20%. The tipping price would be based on the total cost of the job.
