Did ignoring me mean he found me unattractive?

i was waiting in the corridor at my uni and some other girls i didn't know were there. i hadn't put much effort into my appearance because i'd spent literally all day working on an essay and then had to jump in the car straight afterwards to hand it in, so my hair wasn't brushed, i looked really tired and i had an oversized cardigan on that had dirty marks on o_O anyway the other girls looked well groomed, and my crush suddenly came round the corner, saw me and hesitated/looked awkward for a few seconds then started walking past, he acknowledged all of them apart from me and joked around with them about something, then averted eye contact when he walked past me and when he was stood next to me. he had his body facing towards me but was talking to the girl opposite me. i was also stuffing my face with a chocolate bar when i unexpectedly saw him :/ then later on he came into a room i was in and asked where someone was and completely didn't look at me the whole time he was talking, he literally looked everywhere apart from at me. was he repulsed by me that day?!
