Does anyoe know of any strange women that wear dark shades, orange color clothing that seem to follow people?

There are these women that wear dark shades and appear to wear dark wigs and sometimes long blonde wigs that always seem to be turning around is these white, silver, and red vehicles in my neighborhood. Stranger than that most of times when I am seen by these people a week later or day later around the exact same time I was seen before usually there are strange looking men with mean expression on their faces that seem to turn around as well. Those anyone know of a woman gang that is in the upstate of South Carolina? Plus in the summer of 07 I was receiving these strange phone calls from all these women. Hailstock, Jennings, Rodgers, Buchannan, Bobo, just to name a few. Lately I have been noticing strange black vehicles that seem to appear right out of the blue. Most of the time strange women are driving in these vehicles. In the summer of 06 I was talking to a girl that remember me from school and she told me that $3,000 is all that would be needed for this!" Do you believe a link?
