Is this a good time to trade Canadian dollars CAD for Japanese Yen JPY?

Hello everyone. I am living in Canada and I have a big expense coming up- wedding in Japan. I would like to transfer money soon and I've been watching the yen very carefully and it looks like its starting to get strong again, which is bad news for me. What does everything think will happen? Should I make my payment now while the exchange rate is what it is, or do you think the yen will settle back down a bit? Anyone with any insight or credentials, please let me know! Thanks
