Am i destined to never have a gf?

i'm 19 and have never done anything with a girl,hell there's 12 year olds with more experience than me and that just saddens me to the point where i feel completely worthless.I'm WAY TOO SHY to talk to girls,so me asking them out is out of the question,it's not gonna happen,i don't have the personality for it at all.I think i give off a "boring vibe" to people around me so yeah my chances are looking slim....VERY slim.
