Is this a good score on psat?

Don't be hard on yourself. 184 is an excellent score, especially considering you're a freshman and it was your first time! Don't look at the percentages of your score. Anything 2/3rds of the top score is excellent. And most people improve on their actual SAT score from their PSAT score so you could definitely get a 1,900 or even 2,000.
