How do I get rid of a face tumor permanently?

Don't pop it, you could spread whatever infection is in it. See an Oncologist/Dermatologist. This is they type of doctor you need not a dentist. It doesn't sound like cancer but there is a thing called a wen. They grow large but most often don't cause pain. They are not cancerous either. I personally don't trust the VA doctors one bit. My daughter is a veteran and she kept having pain on her lower right side. I told her it was her appendix and the VA Dr said no it wasn't and would not refer her to another DR. Well on week later she was rushed to the hospital because her appendix burst. The VA still wouldn't pay the hospital bill because she was taken to the local hospital. The suck, I'm sorry but those Dr are rejects in my eyes. Go see a real doctor.
